Apostolic Boys Release New Song

The Apostolic Boys from Dallas, TX have released their second song to radio from their "Truth Is Marching On" project. The song "For the Sake of the Blood" written by the groups tenor singer Jared Pace was recently sent out to radio by DJ Man Promotions who also sent out their first release "Thy Kingdom Come" which made the Gospel Music News chart. Chad Hayes of SGM Radio in his CD review of the song said "This song was a powerful piece of songwriting". The song is a beautiful ballad with a pretty melody and the group sings it with a lot of feeling. DJ Man Promotions calls it a new powerful release and a must for DJ's play list. Be listening for this song on your favorite Southern Gospel Music radio station.

We had such a wonderful time on this cruise this year. We quickly want to let you know that the penthouse and balcony suites on the "Singing At Sea" cruise are already sold out! A deposit of $150 per person is required to reserve your category. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure (December 8, 2008). Payment can be made by personal check or money order. The Apostolic Boys have a new single released to radio from their new project. The song "Thy Kingdom Come" written by Pastor Steve Pixler is our first song released to radio. Call your local SGM radio station and request for this song. The Apostolic Boys sang on the "Jubileee at Sea Cruise" and received a standing ovation. The Apostolic Boys new website is complete. The new project "Truth Is Marching On" is now available. Listen, starting in early December for the Apostolic Boys first radio release, the song, "Thy Kingdom Come" written by Pastor Steve Pixler. This song will be the first radio release from the "Truth Is Marching On" project. Also listen to audio clips from the new project which are now available on the Discography page. New Project

The Apostolic Boys are presently working on a new project. We are recording demos of the songs for the project to be sent off to the producer. We will go into the studio to get the tracks done hopefully in mid November. We plan to do the voices next spring. The project should be completed and ready for purchase in late spring or early summer. The project will consist of old and new songs. We will keep you updated as progress is made. We are excited about this project as we will try some new things. Pastor Pace even wrote a song that will be on this project. There will also be some newly written songs from Pastor Steve Pixler, who wrote 4 of the songs on The Apostolic Boys previous project "Steppin' Out".

Oh!!! what a time we had on our trip to California on Memorial Day weekend. We went to San Francisco and had a wonderful time. We sang Sunday morning and Sunday night at Faith Tabernacle in Madera, CA and God blessed in a mighty way. Look for pictures of the trip on the website soon.

New Dates Added

A few new dates have been added to the schedule page. We are planning on making another trip to Louisville, KY to appear in the HeavenSound Showcase on September 16. Also, we are excited about the annual concert in Fort Worth. This year we will have Steve Pixler and the Ben Weeks Trio!
